Your Right to Data Deletion
At PigeonFlow, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what happens when you do.
What Data We Store
When you use PigeonFlow, including signing in via Facebook, we may store the following data:
- Account information (name, email address, profile picture)
- Facebook or Meta user ID (if you signed in via Facebook Login)
- WhatsApp Business Account details (if you connected WhatsApp via Embedded Signup)
- Contact lists and audience data you uploaded
- Campaign data (email, SMS, and WhatsApp message history, templates, and analytics)
- Integration data from connected platforms (Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Usage logs and analytics
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete from Account Settings
- Log in to your PigeonFlow account
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Email Us
Send an email to support@pigeonflow.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Option 3: Call Us
Call us at (708) 274-4366 during business hours to request account and data deletion.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation
- All personal data, contact lists, campaign data, templates, and analytics will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- Connected integrations (Shopify, Stripe, WhatsApp Business Account, etc.) will be disconnected
- Any data shared with third-party messaging providers (SendGrid, Twilio) will be removed per their respective data retention policies
- You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete
Facebook Login & WhatsApp Data
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, or connected your WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's Embedded Signup:
- Your Facebook user ID and any data obtained through Facebook Login will be deleted from our systems
- Your WhatsApp Business Account connection to PigeonFlow will be removed
- WhatsApp message templates created through PigeonFlow will be removed from our platform
- You can also remove PigeonFlow's access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings
Data We May Retain
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data after your deletion request:
- Legal obligations: Transaction records and billing history may be retained as required by tax and accounting laws
- Fraud prevention: Limited data may be retained to prevent abuse or fraud
- Aggregated data: De-identified, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained
